导师介绍:

主要研究方向为硅基光电子器件及其与微机电系统(MEMS)、二维材料等的集成,用于传感、计算等应用。在相关领域发表SCI和EI论文50余篇,其中以第一(含共同第一)和通讯作者发表20余篇,主要发表于ACS Nano, Nano Letters等领域内高水平期刊,包含封面论文和期刊年度最佳论文各1篇。以第一发明人申请和公开10项中国、新加坡和PCT国际专利,已授权3项。获得2021年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金,2021年入选上海海外高层次人才引进计划。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项。

招收微电子、光电子、机械电子、应用物理、材料等相关专业背景的研究生。
